Preparations for the workshop next week on Pearl Knotting are progressing full steam ahead. I know that I for one am seriously looking forward to seeing how the craft is done. There is still time to put your name down if you are interested. You are also welcome to the day even if you do not wish to do the workshop. The class costs R395 which is payable on the day. Refreshments cost R100 which includes lunch.
Like most other places in North West and Gauteng, we have had lots of rain here on the farm. According to our rain gauge we had in excess of 150mm between Friday and Monday morning which was great as things were getting quite dry.
I am really looking forward to our first meeting of the year and hope to get a lot more replies before then.
